EUNED REAL II, spol. s.r.o expertise stems from more than twenty years of operational experience within  the Czech Real Estate market, mainly focused on Prague investment and development industry.

Austrian BOHEMIA Holding GmbH is our business partner. In 1990s the company focused on investment opportunities, participating in projects such as: Palác Koruna, Václavské náměstí 1, Rytířská 1, Staroměstské náměstí 10, Cube, Evropská  and Airport Office Centre.

Our current priority is a project related to letting offices and non-residential premises at Airport Office Centre.
